Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Charges include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling.

3. Shipping & Returns

• All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Custom orders are final sale.
• Returns require prior authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
• Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

4. Product Warranty

LA Choppers products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the invoice date. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, modification, corrosion, discoloration, or normal wear. Inspection is required before any replacement or credit is issued. For warranty service, contact cs@lachoppers.com for an RMA number.
