Return Policy
Some items purchased from LA Choppers are final sale and are not eligible for return, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.
30 Day Return Eligibility
- Only new, unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be considered for return.
- Returns are considered only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- LA Choppers reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion.
Condition of Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, installed, mounted, used, or altered in any way
- Custom or modified items
- Clearance or closeout items
- Electrical items that have been opened or installed
Restocking Fee
30 Day returns of new, unopened items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
