LA Choppers — Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy

• Advertising any covered product below the posted MSRP is a MAP violation.
• LA Choppers may update the MSRP Schedule at any time; updates are effective upon publication.
• This policy does not set maximum advertised prices; advertising above MSRP is permitted.

Any public price display, including: print, flyers, emails, digital ads, social posts, product pages, collection grids, comparison widgets, and SEO snippets. In-store signage visible only to walk-in customers is exempt.

• Displaying prices below MSRP.
• “Call/Email for price,” “Add to cart to see price,” or similar obfuscation.
• Strikethroughs or hidden/suppressed price elements that imply sub-MSRP.
• Bundles (covered + non-covered items) advertised below the cumulative MSRP.
• Including LA Choppers in storewide %-off promos without clearly excluding the brand.

• Resellers may advertise at or above MSRP.
• Loyalty, military, or frequent-shopper discounts applied at checkout (non-public) are allowed.
• Coupons valid for future purchases are permitted if not presented as immediate below-MSRP pricing.

• Any price visible to the public counts as “advertised.” Collection tiles, PDP price, compare-at price, meta snippets, and shopping feeds (e.g., Google, Meta) must reflect MSRP or higher.
• Once an item is in a secure cart (private checkout), the transaction price is at the reseller’s discretion.
• Marketplace listings (e.g., eBay) may not show starting/reserve bids or “Best Offer” below MSRP.
• Do not suppress prices or use structured-data tricks to imply sub-MSRP values.

• LA Choppers may issue temporary MAP modifications or promotional exceptions in writing; all Resellers receive equal access for the stated term.
• Holiday or event promos must either exclude LA Choppers explicitly or adhere to MSRP in all public placements.
